“ I’m visiting from out of state and found this coffee shop while out taking a walk. I’ve been here every morning for a week and it’s been great. The coffee and food are great, the service is excellent and the seating is plentiful. There’s also seating outside if you want to enjoy the sun. When I asked the family I’m visiting which coffee shop they would suggest and they all said this one. That says a lot coming from locals. ”
“ Speedboat Coffee is a great local neighborhood shop with great coffee and healthy snack options. I should have taken my photo before I attacked the coffee and the all natural energy bar, but I got anxious. Folks were really nice, they had an all-natural energy bar which is really tasty, and the latte was super good. All the boxes are checked. Highly recommended! ”
“ Friendly staff, delicious coffee, reasonable prices. Love this place! Also gorgeous tables and lights. Love the rose syrup cream of wheat bar. Yummy!!! ”
“ This was a cute corner coffee shop great for working, reading a book, meeting a friend, or just willing a coffee. The coffee was good, and the service was fun and friendly. Plenty of indoor seating, and WiFi if you want to get some work down. The only downside is that they close early on weekdays so you won’t be able to stay past like 3:30. But great little spot! ”
“ I love this place! Their new space is so light and bright and friendly, such a great space to work in. And their bagels are incredible! And the drinks are exceptional. Most importantly, they are just the nicest people. So great to have them in the neighborhood! ”
“ Went to check out this place with my mom and we both absolutely LOVED the coffee! Look forward to visiting again next time I am in the neighborhood! I live 45 minutes away or I would get coffee there all the time. The only downside was that there was lots of noise and could do with some stylish noise suppression. ”
“ This is the best coffee and the shop is owned by the nicest people. I also had a really good breakfast sandwich with pesto sauce that was very good. There are nice chairs you can sit and and enjoy your drinks inside ”
“ Today was my first time at their new location. I love their coffee and will always give them my business. The new digs are clean and more open with a very modern aesthetic. The coffee is as good as ever! Unfortunately, it was not the experience I was hoping for. I was overwhelmed by how loud it is- nobody was being loud, just the acoustics of the room are such that when there are several people speaking at normal volume it’s incredibly loud. So loud that my partner and I had to put our faces right by each others ear’s and yell a bit to be heard. We couldn’t even hear when our drinks were ready. I was also really hoping for a more cozy space, somewhere inviting where I could come get snacks and coffee and read my book- instead they have steel chairs and hardwood benches, nothing even with a cushion, leaving me feeling very uninvited to spend much time there. Overall, still 5 stars, but I really really really hope they will consider doing something about the acoustics and getting some more comfortable seating. ”
